Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and beauty products are final sale once shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on hair or cosmetic products after 48 hours of delivery, as these items are classified as hygiene products and cannot be resold once opened or handled.
Refunds are issued only in approved cases of verified defects.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days, depending on the customerβs bank.
