Payment Options
Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into flexible payments. Eligible customers can pay 25% of the total upfront, with the remaining balance charged automatically according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.
There are no hidden fees, no interest, and no credit impact when payments are made on time, as determined by Shop Pay.
Orders placed using Buy Now & Pay Later are processed and shipped the same as fully paid orders.
HiBeyoute does not prioritize or delay orders based on payment method. All orders follow the same fulfillment timeline once payment authorization is complete.
Processing, Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.

HiBeyoute is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Customers are advised not to schedule hair appointments until their order has been delivered.
Shipping method and carrier are selected based on the option chosen at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Due to hair and cosmetic products being classified as high-risk items, additional verification may be required for certain orders.
Identity verification may be requested based on factors such as:

This process helps protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Orders requiring verification will not be processed until authorization is successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Orders returned due to address issues may be subject to reshipping fees.
Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been generated, you will receive an email and/or text notification containing your tracking details, instructions on how to track your package, and an estimated delivery timeframe.
Please allow time for tracking information to populate after shipment.
Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after your order has been dropped off with the carrier.
Due to carrier volume, tracking updates may take up to 72 hours in rare cases. This delay does not indicate an issue with your shipment.
“Acceptance” indicates that your package has been received and scanned by the carrier and has officially entered the shipping network.
Once a package is marked as accepted, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Customers are advised not to schedule hair appointments until their order has been delivered.
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, HiBeyoute is no longer responsible for the shipment.
For missing or stolen packages marked as delivered, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
No. HiBeyoute does not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Orders are processed and shipped only on scheduled business days.
Hair orders shipped via Priority shipping include carrier-provided insurance for eligible lost, stolen, or severely damaged packages, as determined by the shipping carrier’s policies.
Insurance claims must be filed in accordance with the carrier’s guidelines.
HiBeyoute does not offer local pickups at the moment.
All orders must be placed online only and shipped to the address provided at checkout. No exceptions.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are issued only in approved cases of verified defects.
If a refund is approved:

Orders may be canceled within 24–48 business hours of purchase.
Once the cancellation window has closed or the order has entered processing or shipment, orders cannot be canceled.
HiBeyoute reserves the right to refuse service, deny refunds, or cancel orders that violate our policies or involve fraudulent or abusive activity.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and beauty products are final sale once shipped.
Hair and cosmetic products are classified as hygiene items and cannot be returned, resold, or reused once they have left our facility. As a result, HiBeyoute does not accept returns on any hair or beauty products after shipment.
HiBeyoute reserves the right to refuse service, deny refunds, or cancel orders that violate our policies or involve fraudulent or abusive activity.
We do not offer exchanges.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair and cosmetic products, all sales are final once shipped. HiBeyoute does not accept exchanges or returns under normal circumstances.
HiBeyoute reserves the right to refuse service, deny refunds, or cancel orders that violate our policies or involve fraudulent or abusive activity.
In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect, customers must:

Contact HiBeyoute within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo and/or video evidence

Submit claims before installation, alteration, cutting, or use
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe, without supporting evidence, or after the product has been altered or installed will not be eligible for review.
Texture variation, personal preference, improper installation, or styling results do not qualify as defects.
General Concern(s)
We recommend scheduling your hair appointment after you have received your tracking information and your order is in transit. Order volume may fluctuate, and while we work diligently to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.
HiBeyoute is not responsible for missed hair appointments, stylist deposits, or related fees. To avoid inconvenience, we strongly advise waiting until your order has shipped and is in transit before booking your appointment.
